Project: Cyber lab notes

This project is a searchable collection of home-lab networking exercises and technical notes, documenting hands-on work with network configuration, traffic analysis, troubleshooting, and security hardening. The notes are designed to capture not only successful configurations, but also the mistakes, unexpected results, and lessons learned throughout the lab process. The project includes network capture analysis, hardening checklists, configuration exercises, and practical networking scenarios built and tested using Cisco Packet Tracer. Each exercise serves as a record of experimentation and troubleshooting, providing a reference for understanding how network components behave and how configuration changes affect connectivity and security. The goal of the project is to maintain a practical, searchable knowledge base that reflects the process of learning networking through experimentation—documenting both what worked and what went wrong along the way.
